Room reservation payment policies:

The entire accommodations amount will be immediately charged to your credit card.
Cancellations or changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to the arrival without any penalties. After that time, in the event of cancellation, or shortened duration of stay, full or partial refunds are not available.

If it becomes necessary to cancel a reservation booked through this website, it is recommended to cancel through the same entity.

Reservations for more than one night will be held until check out time of the day following your scheduled arrival.

Parque del Lago Hotel & Business Center will attempt to honor special requests (such as non smoking rooms, king size bed, higher floor, etc) However, the availability of these rooms cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Meetings & Events payment policies:

If you are holding a meeting, seminar, conference, convention or a social event, please consider the following policies:

Cancellations or changes can be made up to 48 hours prior to the event. After that time, in the event of cancellation or decrease in the number of participants, full or partial refunds are not available
